1. Please arrive on time with clean, make-up free lashes. Avoid using any oil products on your lashes at least 24 hours prior to your appointment as this WILL affect the retention of the extensions.

2. Please be aware that reschedules & cancellations need to be made more than 48h before you are due to arrive. Failing to do this you will be charged 50% of your appointment full price.

3. Infills are recommended every 2-3 ,5 weeks & require at least 40% of the lashes still remaining to qualify. If less, it will be counted as full Set.

4. Any problems with lash extensions need to be discussed within 3 days of them being applied. If not happy with result after treatment - free removal or fix straight after treatment will be offered.

5. With the appointment you are giving permission to take photos & videos of work and publishing them online unless otherwise agreed. If not, please mention this at your appointment that you wish not to do that.

7. Reservation & Deposit:
   A mandatory deposit of 30 CHF + 1.50 CHF fee is required for each reservation. The deposit is due at the time of booking and will be credited towards the appointment upon arrival.
   Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than 2 days before the scheduled time, the deposit will be applied to the next reservation.
